Civil Litigation

Tepper Law Firm specializes in both the defense and prosecution of civil lawsuits. No matter if we are representing a plaintiff or a defendant, our philosophy is always the same: be aggressive and be fast. We believe the faster we can marshall all of the evidence the faster we can get you the result you are looking for. Our approach often results in the satisfactory settlement of the case long before the litigation process has run its course through trial.

Many of our clients have never been involved in a lawsuit before. We take the time to educate you about all aspects of your case so you don't feel like you are just along for the ride. From discovery, demurrers, motions for summary judgment, depositions and trial, we will let you know what everything is about and why we are doing what we are doing. After all, it is your case and you have a right to know. Please check out our Lawsuit Roadmap to get a better understanding of the process.

In the last year TLF has handled cases involving business litigation disputes, breach of contract, fraud, wrongful termination, personal injury (both defense and for the injured party), real estate cases and more.

We don't specialize in any one type of litigation. Rather, we specialize in civil litigation. We are litigators who focus on gathering the facts, knowing the law and presenting your case in the best possible light to maximize the chances of getting you the outcome you desire.

TLF does not take any major crimes cases. TLF does not do DUI. However, if you have been arrested for any misdemeanor (punishable for up to a year in jail) then we can help.

TLF can do everything for you from getting you or your friend bailed out of jail to conducing a jury trial in your defense. We can show up to all of your court hearings for you and ensure the best possible results. Getting arrested is traumatic enough. TLF will help you deal with the aftermath and ensure you the best possible results.

TLF also has a long history of helping people both obtain and defend restraining orders. Restraining orders usually involves a two step process. The first step is obtaining a temporary restraining order pending a trial date for a permanent restraining order. Since all of these orders involve limiting a persons rights, you have to be very exact in everything you do in order to get the judge to rule in your favor.

If someone is bothering you and you cannot get them to stop then call TLF and we will assess your situation. If we believe a restraining order is the right next step we can get it done for you very fast and very effectively.

Many people abuse the process and make false accusations. If someone has served you with an application for a restraining order that you would like to defend then TLF is the right firm for you. Call us and we can help.
